Very pretty but on the other hand there is no wand provided. Packaging cleanly packed. I reached out to customer support.
The packaging was very secure, no damage in transit which it big for me, very spacious to add a lot of food, could even be used to store leftovers or meal prep food too.
Just as described with the stickers. A little dusty but packaged well. Nothing was damaged on arrive which is wonderful. It is metal on the inside so it is not microwave safe.

It look exactly like the pictures! I was worried it might be too small but it's pretty big! for reference, it's slightly smaller than an average bowl and you can cook about two packets of ramen in it. the top is plastic so make sure your food is not too hot when closing lid.
